Referral Partners
Three groups refer The Classic Estate Group consistently: prior clients and buyers, realtors positioning homes for sale, and estate attorneys managing content disposition. Each group has different needs. We understand all three.
Referral Group One
The most consistent source of our new engagements is the people who have worked with us before, or who attended one of our sales and saw firsthand how we operate. When a friend or family member faces a similar transition, they know exactly who to call.
If someone you know is navigating an estate, downsizing, or needs a home cleared, the best thing you can do is put them in touch with us. We will take it from there.
“Andrea, you helped me immensely with the estate furnishings and were a bright light during an otherwise difficult time. Your attention to detail was extraordinary. Thank you for helping me sort through 60 years of memories and treasures.”

“We could not have been more pleased with The Classic Estate Group team. Downsizing after 47 years in the same home is daunting and they handled all the details of our estate sale and final disbursement flawlessly and totally stress free. I highly recommend.”

“The Classic Estate Group was a God-send and Andrea was amazing! From the very beginning, she took the time to sit down with us, understand our situation, and listen carefully to what we needed. She and her team were fast and affordable. Her professionalism and resourcefulness made a potentially stressful experience so much easier. I would absolutely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone. I truly can’t imagine how our sale and move would have happened without her guidance and support.”

“When I refer a client to Andrea, I know she will follow through and get us to the finish line. I recommend The Classic Estate Group without hesitation.”

Referral Group Two
When a home is being sold because of downsizing, a move to a care facility, or the death of the owner, the realtor often faces a challenge before they can even list the property: the contents need to be handled, and the home needs to be cleared and cleaned.
We communicate clearly at every stage, meet the timelines your listing requires, and deliver a home that is genuinely ready to show, not just emptied out.
Clear communication: You will know how the work is progressing and when the property will be ready.
Your timeline: We coordinate our work around the schedule you and your client agree on.
Care for families: We handle difficult decisions and emotional situations with patience and respect.
Property preparation: We clear the home according to the agreed scope, with optional professional final cleaning available.
Referral Group Three
Attorneys and executors need a firm they can trust completely to operate with the same care and professionalism they bring to the legal process.
We have worked on estates ranging from modest to highly complex, including coordinating with auction houses on collections worth millions and managing structured allocation processes across multiple heirs. We are bonded and insured. We never create additional complexity in an already complex process.
We create fair, structured processes for allocation, document every decision, and manage dynamics between parties with the neutrality legally sensitive situations require.
Complete itemized record of all contents disposed of
Documentation of sale proceeds and distribution
Record of items allocated to specific beneficiaries
Donation receipts for charitable contributions
Timeline compliance documentation for probate requirements
Confirmation of the completed property clearance and any optional final cleaning
We are easy to reach and responsive. Professional partners always get a same-day reply.
