Andrea Small, founder of The Classic Estate Group, brings a personal understanding of home and family to her work. She and her husband, Mat Small, are parents to nine children and have called Chester County home for more than 15 years. With her parents and siblings nearby, Andrea has deep roots in the community she serves.
Raised in Philadelphia and a graduate of Temple University, Andrea began her career on the bond trading desk at Janney Montgomery Scott. She later moved into sales with major professional services firms, helping financial services and pharmaceutical companies address complex business challenges. That experience shaped her approach to listening, solving problems, and following through on commitments.
In 2015, Andrea stepped away from corporate life to focus on her family and build something rooted in her own passions. That journey led to The Classic Estate Group: a company dedicated to helping families manage the contents of a home through life’s transitions with care, empathy, and practical support.
Andrea is a hands-on owner supported by a professional network built over a 25-year career. From her base in Chester County, centrally located within the region the company serves, she coordinates teams for engagements from New York to Washington, DC. When time is short, work can begin within days. When a family prefers a slower process, Andrea and her team bring the patience and support to help them move forward comfortably.
